Cute Cocktails for your Spray tan party...
"Arabella Slush"

The signature drink of Arabella "Girls' Night In" parties!
Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups Vodka
1 frozen 12 oz. limeade concentrate
1 frozen 12 oz. lemonade concentrate
1 frozen 12 oz. orange juice concentrate
1 liter of 7up (1/2 of 2 liter bottle)
8 cups of water
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large 8 – 12 quart pot. Pour the ingredients into a large, freezer safe plastic container or a couple smaller containers and place a lid on container(s). Freeze slush overnight. Take the “Arabella Slush” out of the freezer to thaw about ½-1 hour before serving. You may even want to put the slush into a nice bowl or in a beverage tub surrounded with ice. Garnish with a orange slice!

"Bella-rita"

A fun, delicious twist on a traditional margarita!
Ingredients:
1 Bottle of Beer
1 frozen 12 oz. limeade concentrate
1 can of water (use limeade can)
¾ cup of tequila
Mix all of the ingredients, chill and serve! You may want to double or triple the recipe if you have more than 4 people.
"Bikini Tini"

A sweat pomegranate treat!
Ingredients:
1 oz. of vodka
1/2 oz. of Cointreau orange liqueur
3 oz. of pomegranate juice
1 lemon sliced thin
Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker 1/4 filled with chopped ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Serve with a squeeze of lemon. Please note the “Bikini Tini” is a recipe for an individual drink.
Something Salty...
Artichoke Asiago Dip

A savory crowd pleaser!
Ingredients:
2 cups of grated asiago cheese
½ cup of mayonnaise
½ cup of sour cream or ½ cup plain yogurt
½ teaspoon of salt
2 garlic cloves minced
6 – 8 oz. of marinated artichoke hearts chopped
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Mash up the artichoke hearts in a bowl along with the minced garlic. Add the other ingredients. Mix it all together and refrigerate until using. All the proportions can be tweaked according to personal preference. You can also serve this recipe hot! The cheese gets all melty and yummy! Serve with either bagel chips or Pita chips.

Crab and Cream Cheese Dip

Super easy, scrumptious dip!
Ingredients:
1 block of 8 oz. cream cheese
1 can of jumbo lump crab meat
¾ of a cup of cocktail sauce (we recommend using Heinz)
Club crackers or crackers of your choice.
Spread the block of cream cheese on the bottom of a shallow dish and then pour ½ a cup of cocktail sauce on top. Top with the crab meat and drizzle remaining cocktail sauce on top. Serve with crackers.

Margarita Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tbsp of fresh lime juice
3 tbsp of olive oil
2 tsp of tequila
3 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
¼ tsp of red pepper (adjust as you like it spicy)
¼ tsp of salt
Soak bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes.
Combine the shrimp, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, tequila, cilantro, red pepper, and salt in a bowl and toss to combine. Then refrigerate 30 minutes. Thread the shrimp on the skewers and cook over a preheated grill until the shrimp turns pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Chocolate Walnut Biscotti

Nothing short of amazing!
Ingredients:
1 stick of softened salted and sweet butter
2 large eggs beaten
1 heaping teaspoon of pure vanilla
2 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (best with Ghirardelli chocolate chips)
1 cup of broken walnuts
Mix the butter and sugar until the consistency is very smooth. Beat the eggs and vanilla separately, and then slowly add the 2 cups of flour. Then add the chocolate chips and walnuts to the mixture. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and dust with flour. Arrange the dough into 3 elongated logs measuring about 10 x 3 inches long. Bake at 350 degrees on the lower rack for about 30 minutes or until the logs are lightly brown. Cool then cut on diagonal.

Crush up the entire package of Oreo Cookies in a food processor, then pour them into a bowl and add the block of cream cheese. Mix the cream cheese into the crushed Oreo cookies until it turns into one solid piece of dough. Roll the cookie mixture into 1 – 2 inch balls. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and place on a piece of wax paper to dry. Before the chocolate dries you may sprinkle the balls with jimmies, candies, or cookie crumbs. Refrigerate for about an hour.
